REMINDER - COVID-19 PROTOCOLS for STUDENT-ATHLETES & SPORT MODIFICATIONS

All student-athletes (as well as spectators at events) understand and agree that students will not participate or utilize the facilities, services and programs of the Duxbury Public Schools Athletic Department if a student or any other member in your household;

  1. experience symptoms of COVID-19, including, without limitation, fever, cough, shortness of breath,
  2. has a suspected or diagnosed/confirmed case of COVID-19
  3. have been exposed to any person who has a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

Please notify the Duxbury Public Schools Athletic Department immediately if you believe that any of the above conditions apply.
