Software Requests:

If there is a tool or app you would like to request, the following procedure ensures that we comply with Student Data Privacy (practice of safeguarding information collected about students by schools and educational technology platforms) laws:

• View this Slide Deck to learn more about the changes to Google Workspace

• Check the Student Data Privacy Agreement List to first to see if a tool is already approved.

• If not, discuss your request with your Curriculum Supervisor.

• The Curriculum Supervisor will determine if the tool supports a larger instructional purpose and aligns with district goals.

• If appropriate, the Curriculum Supervisor will initiate the official request process.

Please do not use Google’s “Request Access” button or contact IT directly about app requests.
Requests must flow through Curriculum Supervisors to ensure proper privacy review.
