The WINTER/SPRING Driver’s Education program will provide 30 hours of classroom instruction from Tuesday, February 17 - Saturday, February 21 . Students must attend all classes and if a class is missed, the student will need to make it up in the next session in June after the school year has ended. The Driver’s Education program includes a driving component consisting of 18 hours; 12 hours of in-car, behind-the-wheel training, and 6 hours of in-car experience observing other student drivers, and a mandatory Parents’ class.
All road practice and observation will take place by appointment with the driving instructor once the student has a Learners Permit. The student must contact the Driver Education Coordinator by email (dellorco1@comcast.net) when he/she has obtained the Learners Permit and provide a copy of the permit to the Coordinator.
Students must be 15 years, 9 months by the first day of class to be eligible to enroll.

*Drivers Ed tuition is non-refundable after January 30, 2026.
PARENTS’ CLASS
The MA junior operating license law also requires that one or both parents attend a 2-hour class about the junior operator’s laws and the driving and behaviors taught in class.
