Building Use and Turf rental requests (completed form and Certificate of Insurance) for Saturdays and Sundays must be received via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
by noon the Thursday before.
Q. What is the turnaround time once the Business Office receives my Building Use Request Form?
A. Approximately 24-48 hours.
Q. Do I need to get my Building Use Request Form approved by the school principal?
A. It is recommended that you have the school principal for the school you are requesting to use sign off on your Building Use Request Form. Forms that come to the Business Office that are not approved, must go through the approval process, which will delay inputting your request in a timely manner.
Q. How much does it cost to rent the facilities?
A. Our fee schedule
(as of March 1, 2017) lists the rental fee per room. Please be aware that custodial fees are not included in the room rental fee and are billed as their own fee. The building availability schedules and list of Group Definitions for billing are located in our location availability and billing schedule
Q. Do I need to carry insurance?
A. Yes. All organizations and individuals that are operating a non-school run event are required to carry insurance and must furnish a Certificate of Insurance to the Building Office prior to your event. Expired insurance must be renewed prior to commencement of your event.
