Activity of the Day
Jazz Appreciation Month week 2
It's the 2nd week of Jazz Appreciation Month! All of April we are celebrating Jazz history, musicians, instruments, and styles. #JazzyWednesday
Jazz is an American style of music that grew out of blues and ragtime music created by African Americans living at the end of the 1800’s and early 1900’s. It is based on the ideas of rhythm, colaboration, and improvisation.
Let's here some music from where it all began with BLUES, Brass Bands, African Traditions, and RAGTIME!
