• Hello everyone!!! I was born and raised in Duxbury.  During my senior year of high school, I started working in the toddler room at Magic Dragon, it was there I realized that education was the field for me.  I completed my undergrad at Northeastern University and received my M.Ed in Severe Special Needs from Simmons College.  I officially began my teaching career as a paraprofessional in Boston Public Schools in 2002, before becoming a classroom teacher in 2012.  Although I thoroughly enjoyed working in Boston for the past 19 years, I wanted to be able to work closer to home, where I could attend my children’s afternoon sporting events and activities.  I  love spending quality time with my husband Dan and  our children Isabella (9), Joseph (7), and John (5).  I also love going to the beach, exercising, reading and spending time with my family and friends.

I am looking forward to another great year at Alden!
