Parent/Teacher Conferences

Dear Parents, 

We will again be using Signup Genius for parents to schedule conference appointments for this year's Parent Teacher Night on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. The signup window will be open until Friday, November 11, 2022. At that time, the links will be deactivated and no further appointments will be scheduled.

To make an appointment, please scroll down until you find the teacher's name that you would like to make an appointment with.  Please choose the first available time in making your appointment. Once you have chosen your time, please click on the "submit and signup" button at the bottom of the screen. Please add your student's name in the requested field. You may be prompted to sign up for a Signup Genius account to complete the reservation. By creating your account, you will be able to sign back in and change your time if needed.  A confirmation email will also be sent to you confirming your time and room location only if you select that as an option when completing the signup.

Please note that parents can only choose one appointment time for each teacher. 

We ask that parents reserve time slots for struggling students or for parents/guardians who need to share helpful or important information. If you have simple questions about a grade, curious about something, etc., please just send an email and connect with your student's teacher that way. Thank you.

Please be mindful of the time slots you have chosen. Do not duplicate your conference times and be aware of the needed passing time within the building to make your next scheduled appointment. We have added a scheduling template below for your convenience.
