Bus routes for the 2025–2026 school year are now posted on the Duxbury Public Schools website. Student bus numbers and stop information have been updated in Aspen for all students registered by the July 1st deadline.

Key Reminders:

Registration: Students registered after July 1st were placed on a waitlist. Assignments will be made only if space is available. We are in the process of clearing the waitlist; as a result, late registrants may not yet see a bus assignment in Aspen.

New Students: If your student is new to Duxbury Public Schools and has not yet been assigned a route/stop, please email bus@duxbury.k12.ma.us. It may take up to 48 hours for a new student to receive their bus assignment.

Bus Passes: Passes will be distributed at the start of the year (varies by school). Students must have a valid pass to ride. Passes should be attached to backpacks for quick display.

Bus Stop/Route Questions: Contact Duxbus@firststudentinc.com. For registration or payment questions, please contact the Business Office at bus@duxbury.k12.ma.us.

Appeals: Bus stops and routes are set for safety and efficiency. Requests for changes will only be considered under exceptional circumstances using the Transportation Appeal Form. Submitting a form does not guarantee approval.

Pickup/Drop-off: Times are estimates, especially during the first few weeks. Please arrive early. If a student misses the bus, families are responsible for transporting their student(s) to school.

Washington Street Sidewalk Project: The Town of Duxbury Department of Public Works will begin sidewalk installation work on September 8th, continuing through November 15th. This project may cause some delays for buses. Families should plan accordingly. For more information on this project, please contact DPW at 781-934-1100 x 5501.
