• Steps to change your student's home address:

    • Fill out the online Student Information Update Form at the following link

    Student Update Information Request

    • At the completion of the on-line form, it will prompt you to send two proofs of residence via email to the registrar at registrar@duxbury.k12.ma.us
    • The Business Office sends the updated information to the bus company, First Student.  
    • The bus company, First Student, alerts the business office of the updated bus number, pickup time and when the student can begin to take the bus.
    • The Business Office personnel contacts the parents with the new bus information for the student.
    • Please allow 2 business days for the above process to take place.
