     Men's Baseball-All Teams

    --Season:  Spring Sports Season, mid March through early June

    --Time Commitment:  2 hours per day practices, 3 hours home games, 4 hours away games
     
    --Days required:  6 days weekly Varsity, 5 weekday practices for Junior Varsity/Freshman teams
     
    --Events: 18 games per season, 3 games per week, games held mainly on route 3 corridor between Quincy-Plymouth. Generally 4 pm weekday starts

    Crew

    --Season:  Spring Sports Season, mid March through early June

    --Time Commitment:  2 to 2.5 hours per day
     
    --Days required: 6 days per week for all team members
     
    --Events: 5 or 6 regattas per season (6-8 hours each), Lowell hosts most regattas but team has traveled to Saratoga New York

    Women's Golf

    --Season: Spring Sports Season, regular season late March through late May, plus possible postseason play

    --Time Commitment: 14 hours weekly includes 2 matches and a couple of 2 hour practices, 4 hours per home match, up to 6 hours for an away match

    --Days required: Generally 5 weekdays, post season qualifiers and state competitions can be a full day, with some practices on weekend days.

    --Events: Between 14 and 16 matches over a 12 week season, plus post season competition. Travel matches are generally at Cape Cod locations

    Men's Lacrosse-All Teams

    --Season: Spring Sports Season, regular season extends from March through late May with possible postseason competition

    --Time Commitment: 2 hours per day practice or game competition

    --Days required: 6 days per weeks, games generally weekdays after school, some Saturday
    and early evening games

    --Events: -- Varsity - 20 games. 10 away, travel games include Pittsford, Newton, Medfield, South Shore and a afternoon game at Salisbury CT

    -----------Junior Varsity – 18 games, 11 away, travel includes BC High, Medfield, Belmont, South Shore, weekday games start between 4 and 5:30 pm

    -----------Freshmen - 16 games, 9 away, travel includes Hopkinton, Belmont, south shore, generally 4 pm starts

    Women's Lacrosse-All Teams

    --Season:  Spring Sports Season, early March through late May , post season play possible

    --Time Commitment: 90 minutes per day practice weekdays after school, occasional weekend. 
    There are also 7am conditioning sessions 2 days per week for varsity.

    --Days required:  5 or 6 days per week.  Varsity games usually start 4 pm weekdays after school, with a few Saturday games.  Junior Varsity games generally 5:15pm weekday starts

    --Events:  -- Varsity - 23 games. 10 away, travel games include Westboro, South Shore and a Saturday afternoon game at Wilbraham MA
     
    ------------Junior Varsity – 17 games, 8 away, travel to Westboro, Sandwich, South Shore
     
    -------------Freshmen – 6 games, 3 away on South Shore, weekday afternoon games start at 4 pm

    Sailing

    --Season:  Spring Sports Season, mid March through early June

    --Time Commitment:  2 to 3 hours per day
     
    --Days required:  6 days per week for Varsity and Junior Varsity team members
     
    --Events:  20 races per season, 2 or 3 races per week (3-4 hours per weekday race; 6-8 hours for weekend races). Races take place mainly from Boston to Hyannis; however team will travel to Rhode Island and Connecticut for competitions.
     
    Women's Softball - All Teams

    --Season:  Spring Sports Season, mid March through early June

    --Time Commitment: 2 to 2 1⁄2 hours per day

    --Days required: 6 days for Varsity, 5 days per week for Junior Varsity

    --Events: 20 games per season, 2 or 3 games per week, games held mainly on route 3
    corridor between Quincy-Plymouth. Games generally start at 4pm on weekdays.

     Men's & Women's Tennis

    --Season:  Spring Sports Season, mid March through early June

    --Time Commitment: 2 hours per day practice and competition
     
    --Days required:  6 days for Varsity, 5 days for Junior Varsity
     
    --Events:  16 competitions per season, 2 or 3 Tennis contests per week, played mainly at schools on route 3 corridor between Quincy and Plymouth. Tennis matches held on weekdays at 3:30 or 4pm. 

    Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track & Field

    --Season: Spring Sports Season, mid March through early June

    --Time Commitment: 1.5 to 2 hours per day

    --Days required: 6 days per week

    --Events: 1 or 2 track meets per week, weekday meets held within route 3 corridor Quincy to
    Plymouth, weekend meets can be held anywhere in Eastern Mass, including Somerville, New Bedford, and Hingham
