Hello Alden Families!

I am originally from Australia and have a strong background in Health and Clinical Science, having worked as an Osteopath up until I moved to the US in 2013. I love health and fitness and get such joy out of helping my students enjoy it as well! No matter what your activity level, my classes are designed to teach EVERY student the skills they require to help them live an active and healthy life! I am such a strong believer in Physical Education in schools being inclusive for every child, no matter their 'athletic ability', and in helping kids realize that staying active can come from such a wide range of enjoyable activites.

I love to stay active myself by lifting weights, spinning, skiing and practicing yoga to name a few...although having 2 boys under the age of 7 seems to be keep me active on its own!

I am really excited for this upcoming school year and all the great units we will be teaching in P.E.
