This slow-flow yoga is open to all levels - beginners welcome! Asanas (physical poses) will build gradually to develop strength and flexibility. Pranayamas (breath work) will be varied and accessible at every level. Students will develop mindfulness skills they can use in and out of their yoga practice. Equipment is provided, students only need to come in comfortable clothing.
