Dear students and families,

                Thank you for all your hard work this year.   You inspired and amazed me.  Please continue to take care of your mind, body and spirit over the summer.  Here are some ways to do that:


    • Read a book
    • Do a puzzle
    • Play cards
    • Go on educational websites
    • Do flashcards
    • Keep a journal
    • Write a story
    • Play a board game


    • Go for a walk
    • Go for a run
    • Go for a bike ride
    • Do yoga
    • Do gentle stretches
    • Clean something around the house
    • Do some yard work


    • Read and discuss a quote with your family each day
    • Express your gratitude with your family at the end of each day
    • Send good thoughts to the world and your loved ones each day
    • Do 1-3 good deeds per day
    • Spend time in nature each day, notice 3 things that make you say WOW!
    • Practice your breathing, take 3 deep breaths each day
    • Meditate for 5 minutes per day
    • Do something creative with art or music each day
    • Spend time with a pet
