Registration Process
Prior to being registered in Duxbury Public Schools, the following information must be received and reviewed. Information must be complete. Registration will not occur unless all information is received and the registration packet is complete. All the information must be submitted to the Assistant Superintendent’s office, not directly to the school.
Once a completed packet is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Assistant Superintendent. You will receive an email as soon as possible alerting you that your child(ren) has been registered. You will then be contacted by the appropriate school(s) to set up an appointment to complete the registration process. During the summer months, Chandler, Alden, and Duxbury Middle School appointments will be for mid-late August. For Duxbury High School, appointments will be available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout the summer.
Verification of Residence
Applicants must submit one proof of your current address from each group.

*Please note that prior to meeting with the individual school, previous school records which include transcript and discipline report must be received. We will send the release of records submitted with this packet but also recommend that you fill out the proper paperwork at that school to ensure timely delivery.
